Sandra Rublee is a licensed clinical social worker in Florida, Maryland, District of Columbia, and in Ohio while working as an independent contractor at CEBT with Dr. Lucene Wisniewski and her clinical team. She received her master’s degree in clinical social work from the University of Maryland and her master’s in science degree in biochemistry from University of Zürich, Switzerland.
Sandra is a highly trained eating disorder expert who specialized at different eating disorder programs in the US, while working in the inpatient, partial hospitalization program (PHP), intensive outpatient program (IOP), and outpatient level of care treating children, adolescents, adults, and their families.
In 2010 she worked as a research assistant at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) investigating malnutrition and cognitive development in infants and young children as part of a multinational study in eleven countries.
At the Birkbeck College, University of London, U.K. she completed a postgraduate diploma in psychodynamics of human development in 2002.
In 1992 Sandra received a Master of Science in Biochemistry from University of Zürich, Switzerland, and her research and publication focused on molecular genetics of human insulin like growth factors.
Training
Sandra has extensive training in evidence-based treatments such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for depression, anxiety disorders, and substance use from the Beck Institute from 2014-2016.
She received training in enhanced cognitive behavior therapy (CBT-E) from CREDO.
She completed the foundational dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) training from Behavioral Tech in 2020 and continued training in DBT for eating disorders as well as worked on a comprehensive DBT team.
She also has a specialization in family-based treatment (FBT) and is certified in FBT therapy from the Training Institute of Child and Adolescent Eating Disorder.
Sandra is certified in solution focused brief therapy (SFBT) from the International Alliance of Solution Focused Teaching Institutes in 2013.

Sandra is a member at the Association for Eating Disorders (AED), the Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), and Florida CBT Association.
